I usually train my clients in Kneller Gardens in Twickenham, but if you would prefer to train in another park in the area that is more convenient for you, then we can arrange that.
Yes, block bookings for 1:1 personal training and buddy training are available. They are usually sets of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. Contact me and we set it up.
I provide all the equipment, included mats. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

We meet in Kneller Gardens in Twickenham, next to the basket ball court.
Block bookings are available. A block of 5 is £50 (£10 a session) and a block of 10 is £90 (£9 a session). Both blocks have an extra 3 weeks added before expiry so the £50 block will be valid for 8 weeks from the date of the first class and the £90 will be valid for 13 weeks. Contact me directly for block sessions or alternatively we can set it up once you join your first class.
Yes, no problem. Please let me know that you want to join the session the day before. Send me a message on Whatsapp or fill in the contact form on this page so I know you are coming.
