Trail Blast Overview

TrailBlast isn’t just your average workout session—it’s a journey that will test your limits. This outdoor class combines running and and conditioning. At strategic stops along the way, we incorporate military-style exercises to build serious mental and physical strength.

We start at Kneller Gardens and move through Crane Park. We’ll be navigating varied terrain, from trails to muddy patches, all with a scenic backdrop.

Classes are scheduled on:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM

Saturdays at 9:00 AM.

Duration is 1 hour.

This class is designed for individuals who are already quite fit and capable of running a 5k. While you don’t need to be super fit, having some running experience and stamina is recommended.

You have two options for joining the classes:

Sign up for two-month for only £49 and join classes whenever you want

Drop in for £10 per session (book the day before the class or Whatsapp me)

Yes! For only £5, you’ll get to experience 3 classes within a week. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover if TrailBlast is for you.

The classes are led by me, Dylan. With over 500 group classes under my belt and a background as an instructor at Be Military Fit, I use military-style exercises and techniques designed to push participants to reach their highest potential.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper running shoes, ideally with a good grip for navigating trails and muddy patches. Don’t forget to bring a running bag to carry your phone and water for hydration, since we will be moving around.

Outdoor enthusiasts tend to embrace the elements and see it as part of the challenge. My clients usually don’t mind to train in different weather conditions and sessions go ahead in light rain, cold or wind. However, there are times when the weather gets to challenging. In that case we simply rearrange the session. So, don’t worry about weather, it’s part of the adventure.

I offer personalised training typically found only in indoor settings but with nature as a training ground. To be honest, how much a workout is personalised and fits your needs mostly depends on the personal trainer you choose, not necessarily where you train. 90% of my clients have been training with me for over 6 month.
